A week back; East of Penn station on the 7th Avenue and 34th St, Vikram and I were wandering around waiting for Maulin. Undoubtedly babes was the primary source of attraction on the streets of New York, but it was distinct and kind of reluctant to talk about it. I had not met Vikram in 10years and it went awkward for the words "Red wali dekhi kya?" . I know he felt the same so it was better to stay quiet and wait for Maulin. And there came the stud. A simple hug from a friend after 8years is like a boomerang that changes the metabolism. Surely felt it was the shortest distance then to cover all the 8yrs. Heading towards Times Square, three of us had the professional talk and had laid the grounds of the whereabouts. But when you are at Times Square, you enjoy the visitors (even though you are one) and you appreciate their beauty. That's when Guys "talk". One common topic and millions of enticing thoughts. And when we talk about girls; we don't distinguish race, color, caste and creed. Ask any guy and he would be absolutely flawless. Basically Guys!!
Yelping for a pub, we talked and that made some serious sense atleast to the three of us. A final verdict came from me and that was the xxx-xxx rooftop bar!! Now i had been there once and loved the ambiance but basically I wasn't aware of the following things - Name and Location of the bar. The only thing i told them was - you can see Empire state building from the rooftop (right in front of it) and the pub has some numbers in its names. Now with such an intellectual clue Vikram an Maulin should find it. I mean come on, they had been in NY since 3-4 months. They had to know it. Well with awesome clues of mine we reached the Empire State Building and of course the losers couldn't find a pub for me and want more clues now!! So finally we sit somewhere and back to the original topic. Well there were pretty much beautiful ones around, so had to exchange the glances. But Maulin was too soon in raising the words- Is it 230 fifth?? There you go Genius (Doc). Filled with the energy we headed towards the 28th and 6th block which was around 15mins by walk and i could hear some abuses from the other two for the false directions but you know that's how you react when you can't find something with the best clues.
Entering the rooftop of 230-fifth bar; they hailed me since they saw the empire state building right in front of it and the numbers too. A chirpy and enticing crowd didn't let us talk. Fair enough reasons. It's good to be quiet and enjoy the view for a while. So then we decide to grab a table next to some Chinkis who are not only smashingly hawt but cravingly emotional. Maulin did try to make it to them who were really close to her, i mean seating wise and he was in love. So was I, and luckily it was different girls. It was love at first sight. (Best part about love at first sight is it saves time). And he was already notching. Na na their eyes are too small and wide to fall for, better things get viewed first. Introductions began and the stud was on his way to a one-way trip called Date!! Unfortunate guy turned his head to us with shallow interest from the chinkis. The ladies were emotionally heartbroken and we weren't the right cure. Although we empathized her situation and we still love her. Never mind, the server was even more gorgeous (Laat pad gayi to dusri ladki aur bhi khubsurat lagti hai) and then there were more single ladies and then guys "talk". Black dress was a hit and it caused confusion with "Black wali dekh".
Conquering the drink on the table all I can say, Vikram was the most decent fellow with a Cappuccino. Maulin and I hung up to our broken hearts while Vikram was attempting his dials to India calls. And we talked to some of our pals from whom we hadn't heard in years. We forgot the beautiful ambiance around (girls included) and were catching up with old pals. Pleased to hear from everyone and some certain reasons we switched gears to the previous topic :)
There is something about the pals from school life, and that's the understanding that still maps the other. We talked about the girls during the break time in 12th std and we still had a similar talk with a higher intensity but it concludes the same way "If you are not trying then let me know, I'll try on her". One thing we realized is, we haven't changed and that equations till stays the same.
You grow well in your personal lives but you still share the same thought process and kudos to Prakash Higher Secondary School; An emblem that epitomized morale in our lives. No matter we would be in different stages of our lives and miles apart but when we meet; we still feel, it's same person whose tiffin box we used to snatch in the "recess" time, same person with whom you went and talked for free time during lectures so that we could play volleyball. On a course of a decade, life still feels the same because you accord on almost everything you think.

This is so great! It was an exceptional evening with you and it continued on Thursday!! It revived our memories and had that Prakash student come out once again!!
